Ray Arias | Managing Partner    
Ray is an experienced technology and management professional with over 25 years in the information technology space. He has worked in network engineering, engineering management, network operations, marketing, sales and sales support. He has delivered multi-million dollar technology implementation projects for AT&T, Ford, UAL, Sears and other top tier companies as well as taught total quality management for AT&T. As a sales professional, Ray was a significant contributor to one of the largest software and services sale in telecommunications history, 840M to a highly recognizable communications firm. He has worked in procurement, RFP requirements development, RFP analysis and vendor selection. He has worked for AT&T, Telcordia Technologies and has started and sold two other companies prior to starting Arias Information Solutions LLC. Ray holds a BS degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago, earned his MBA at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a certificate in Systems Dynamics from MIT. He holds numerous technology certificates from various company training programs and DePaul University. Ray is also part of the Illinois Business Enterprise Program, a member of the Chicago Career Tech Advisory Board and the Hispanic IT Executive Council.
As Managing Partner for AIS, Ray believes that technology is easy but that solutions are difficult. His goal for AIS is to be recognized and trusted for the ability to see a big picture unfolding as needs (large or small) are identified and addressed through the implementation of solutions. Ray believes, "You don't have to do it all ($$) but you should at least understand as big a picture as possible that will allow you to solve problems incrementally if need be".

Heather Cooley | Principal    
A results oriented IT professional with business and technical experience in the insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, automotive and real estate industries, Heather brings strong hands on technical design and implementation experience in project management, architecture planning, business intelligence, database administration and data modeling. Heather has developed internet/intranet content and delivery strategies and has designed and implemented several industry specific data marts, including enterprise-wide Sarbanes-Oxley compliant financial data warehousing systems. She has supported clients with disaster recovery model building for financial systems and has architected improvements in imaging, workflow and technology system processes. Heather holds a degree from the University of Illinois in Management Information Systems and has completed coursework in Management Information Systems at the Wirtschafts-Universitaet in Vienna, Austria. Heather serves as a board member of the New Leaders' Circle of the Executives' Club of Chicago and also volunteers regularly at Gilda's Club Chicago.

Jeff Wilgus | Principal    
With over 25 years of IT system architecture and implementation experience, Jeff's primary focus has been in the insurance, financial services, and commercial retail & print sectors working on database, data integration, business process reporting and business enablement initiatives. Adept at the design, development and implementation of creative strategies that leverage both current and new technologies to achieve the client's critical business objectives, Jeff's experience spans from holding a number of technical positions within CNA Insurance Companies to founding and running his own IT consulting business for over 10 years until he finally joined with Ray and Heather as a founding Principal at AIS. For the past 15 years, in his various roles as a consultant, IT architect, or project manager, he has participated in high level and strategic projects for his clients specializing in the delivery of: data warehousing architectures & data marts using market leading business intelligence tools for data transformation and reporting; business process reengineering & outsourcing initiatives; large scale workflow & imaging processes; and electronic commerce applications. Jeff holds degrees from Northern Illinois University and Chicago-Kent College of Law (admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1998).
