He holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Certificate in System Dynamics from MIT.

A consulting professional with over 25 years of solid business and Information Technology experience, Andy has worked with companies ranging from small to international Fortune 100 in a variety of industries, spanning diverse applications and technical infrastructures. Ten (10) years of consulting, including six (6) years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, combined with ten (10) years of CIO experience at several companies have developed his excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Andy's major strengths lie in security (CISSP and CISA certified), project management, strategic and tactical planning, regulatory compliance, assessments and enhancements, process improvement, designing and implementing applications with experience in HIPAA Security, Sarbanes-Oxley, Retail Security, COBIT, NIST standards, ISO17799 and IT Governance. Andy holds an undergraduate degree and MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.

A results oriented IT professional with business and technical experience in the insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, automotive and real estate industries, Heather brings strong hands on technical design and implementation experience in project management, architecture planning, business intelligence, database administration and data modeling. Heather has developed internet/intranet content and delivery strategies and has designed and implemented several industry specific data marts, including enterprise-wide Sarbanes-Oxley compliant financial data warehousing systems. She has supported clients with disaster recovery model building for financial systems and has architected improvements in imaging, workflow and technology system processes. Heather holds a degree from the University of Illinois in Management Information Systems and has completed coursework in Management Information Systems at the Wirtschafts-Universitaet in Vienna, Austria. |

With 20 years of IT system architecture and implementation experience, Jeff's primary focus has been in the insurance and financial services sectors. Adept at the development and implementation of creative strategies that leveraged both current and new technologies to achieve client’s critical business objectives, Jeff's experience spans from launching his own IT consulting business to holding a number of senior level technical positions within CNA Insurance Companies. For the past nine (9) years, as a senior consultant, he has participated in high level and strategic projects for clients, including the feasibility, analysis, design and implementation of: data warehousing architecture and data mart delivery using market leading business intelligence tools for data transformation and reporting; business process reengineering and outsourcing; large scale workflow & imaging processes; and electronic commerce. Jeff holds degrees from Northern Illinois University and Chicago-Kent College of Law (admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1998). |
